Wearhouse offers subscription plans and in-app purchases. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Subscription Plans: Refunds are available for unused subscription periods under the following conditions:
    • Accidental purchases reported within 48 hours.
    • Technical issues preventing access to paid features.
  • In-App Purchases: Refunds are granted for undelivered or malfunctioning purchases.
  • Trial Periods: Free trials are non-refundable. Users must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Fully used or partially consumed services.
  • Requests made after 48 hours of the transaction.
  • Purchases of promotional offers, discounts, or non-refundable add-ons.

How to Request a Refund

  • Submit a Request: To request a refund, reach out to us on support@wearhouseapp.com and share the information listed in the next steps.
  • Provide Proof: Include transaction details, payment processor name, and screenshots.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Subscription Management

  • Users can manage, cancel, or modify their subscriptions directly in the App or through the platform used for purchase.
  • Canceling a subscription prevents future charges but does not entitle users to a refund for the current billing cycle.
